Job Responsibilities
Assist production and manufacturing activities as instructed by the supervisor.
Handling, sorting and arranging leather materials and finished products.
Support cutting, stitching, finishing and packing activities.
Loading and unloading of materials whenever required.
Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the work area.
Follow production targets, safety procedures and company rules.
Work as a team and support other production activities as assigned.
Perform any other work related to production as instructed by the supervisor.
Eligibility
Education: No specific qualification required.
Experience: Freshers can apply; previous factory experience is an advantage.
Age: 18–40 years.
Gender: Male / Female.
Physical fitness: Must be physically fit to perform factory/production work.
Language: Basic Tamil communication preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Expected Gross Salary: ₹15,500 per month (subject to final company approval).
PF / ESI: As applicable.
Overtime: As per applicable rules/company policy.
Weekly Off: As per company shift schedule.
Other statutory benefits: As applicable.
Working Hours
8 hours per day
Shift timings will be as per company production schedule.
Overtime may be required based on production requirements.
