We are looking for a Picker and Packer to join our team at Inspire Learning Publications. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers In Hand Salary Rs 12000.00 to 15000.00 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Picker: Locates and retrieves the correct number of book copies from warehouse shelves based on incoming orders from bookstores or online customers.
Packer: Safely boxes the retrieved books, adds protective packaging, attaches shipping labels, and prepares the pallets or boxes for mailing.
Receive, pack and dispatch goods while maintaining stock records.
Make sure that goods are labeled accurately and stored in the right locations.
Process all receipts and inventory updates promptly.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is atleast 8th standard and minimum one year experience.
