Key Responsibilities
Pick items from store inventory as per customer order via handheld device/app.
Ensure 100% accuracy in order picking to minimize cancellations and returns.
Pack orders safely and securely to prevent damage during transit.
Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and quality-check guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of racks and storage areas.
Meet daily productivity targets (Orders per Hour / IPP benchmarks).
Coordinate with store team and delivery partners for timely dispatch.
Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or stock-outs to supervisor.
Adhere to company SOPs, safety guidelines, and attendance discipline.
