Key Responsibilities:

1. Receiving & Inspection:

o Unload deliveries from trucks and verify items received.

o Check for damages and report discrepancies.

o Update inventory records in the system.

2. Inventory Management:

o Store materials in designated locations.

o Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts.

o Assist in inventory audits and reconciliation.

3. Order Fulfillment:

o Pick, pack, and label items for outgoing shipments.

o Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of goods.

o Maintain proper documentation for dispatches.

4. Warehouse Maintenance:

o Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

o Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment.

o Report safety hazards or equipment issues.

5. General Duties:

o Operate material handling equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).

o Assist team members in other warehouse-related tasks as needed.

o Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum Education: 10th/12th pass or equivalent

• Experience: 0–2 years in warehouse/logistics preferred

• Basic reading & Write skills

• Ability to lift and move the shipment items

• Attention to detail and time management
