About the Role

We are hiring Picker & Packer associates to support daily warehouse operations. The role involves picking products from inventory, packing orders accurately, and ensuring timely dispatch for delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Pick items from shelves as per order requirements

Pack products securely to avoid damage during transit

Maintain accuracy and speed in order processing

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

Follow company safety and operational guidelines

Assist in inventory checks when required

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: ₹16,500 per month

Performance Incentive: Up to ₹4,000 per month

Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 per month

Total Potential Earnings: Up to ₹21,500 per month

Eligibility Criteria

Age: 18 to 29 years

Minimum education: 10th pass (preferred)

Physically fit for warehouse work

Ability to work in shifts

Skills Required
