Picker / Packer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Picking

• Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists, scanners, or mobile devices.

• Ensure correct quantity, size, and product type while picking.

• Follow FIFO/FEFO as per warehouse norms.

2. Packing & Dispatch

• Pack products safely and securely to avoid damage during transit.

• Label packages correctly with order details and shipping information.

• Assist in preparing shipments for dispatch to courier/logistics partners.

3. Inventory Management

• Assist in stock counting, bin audits, and inventory reconciliation.

• Report stock discrepancies, damages, or low stock to the supervisor.

• Maintain proper storage and shelf arrangement.

4. Warehouse Operations

• Load and unload goods as required.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the warehouse.

• Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and safety guidelines.

5. Equipment Handling

• Operate warehouse tools like barcode scanners, trolleys, pallet jacks, etc.

• Ensure proper handling to avoid damage to equipment or products.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
