Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Picker & Packer to join our operations team at Faredeal. In this role, you will handle picking, packing, sorting, and dispatching products accurately to ensure smooth daily warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick products accurately from warehouse shelves based on order invoices and pick lists.
Pack items securely using appropriate packing materials to avoid damage during transit.
Conduct basic quality checks to ensure products are undamaged and properly labeled.
Receive, unload, and organize stock items in designated warehouse areas.
Keep the warehouse workspace clean, organized, and safe.
Coordinate with the logistics team for timely order dispatches.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass (or equivalent).
Experience: Freshers and experienced warehouse workers are both welcome.
Skills: Ability to read product labels, barcodes, and picklists.
Physical Fitness: Capability to stand, move around, and handle packages during shifts.
Attributes: Punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.
Salary & Compensation:
In-Hand Salary: Up to ₹14,500 / month
Attendance Allowance: ₹1,000 / month (awarded for full monthly attendance)
