Role & responsibilities

Pick items from inventory based on order tickets, pick lists, or handheld scanners
Verify item codes, quantities, and product condition before packing
Pack orders securely to prevent damage during shipping
Label boxes and prepare shipments according to carrier and company requirements
Replenish stock and assist with inventory organization
Perform basic quality checks to ensure order accuracy
Maintain clean and safe work areas
Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or shipping issues to supervisors
Support receiving, unloading, and put-away activities as needed
Follow company safety procedures and warehouse operating standards
