Job Summary :

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picker & Packer to join our warehouse team. The role involves accurately picking products based on customer orders, packing them securely, and preparing shipments while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists.

• Verify product codes, quantities, and quality before packing.

• Pack products securely to prevent damage during transit.

• Label packages and prepare them for dispatch.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.

• Assist with inventory counting and stock replenishment.

• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.

• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies.

• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass (preferred).

• Previous warehouse or packing experience is an advantage.

• Ability to lift and move packages as required.

• Basic reading and counting skills.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, or overtime if needed.

• Team player with a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations.

• Familiarity with barcode scanners or handheld devices.

• Time management and organizational skills.
