Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products from storage shelves based on order lists.
• Ensure correct quantity and quality of items picked.
• Pack products securely and neatly for delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the picking and packing area.
• Coordinate with the store team to ensure timely order dispatch.
• Follow company safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (12th pass preferred).
• Prior experience as a picker/packer in retail, warehouse, or e-commerce preferred.
• Basic reading and counting skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
