Job Description

Picker: Finds and collects items from storage based on customer orders.
Packer: Packs those items securely for shipping or delivery.

Sometimes one person does both roles. Locate items in the warehouse using order sheets or scanners

Ensure correct product, size, and quantity
Handle items carefully to avoid damage Pack items into boxes or bags
Use protective materials (bubble wrap, foam, etc.)
Label packages with shipping details
Prepare shipments for dispatch
