Picker / Packer

Rada Medisolutions Pvt Ltd is a leading distributor of Medicines and other Pharma products in Chennai. We are supplying medicines to many of the leading retail medical shops and hospitals in Chennai.

We are looking for a Picker /Packer to join our team at Rada Medisolutions Pvt Ltd.

Job Purpose

To accurately pick customer orders from warehouse inventory as per requirements while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick products from designated rack locations based on pick lists, or system-generated orders.

• Verify product codes, quantities, batch numbers, and quality before picking.

• Submit the accurately picked items to checking team

• Pack and stage picked items for dispatch(if required in nightshift)

• Ensure inventory accuracy and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.

• Coordinate with supervisors, Checkers, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 8th/10th/12th Pass.

• Experience in warehouse operations preferred (0–3 years).

• Ability to read basic English and understand order pick lists.

• Physically fit to stand, walk, and move materials during shifts.

We have Openings for both Day Shift and Night shift

Timings - Day Shift: 10 AM to 7 PM

Night Shift: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM

Prefer candidates staying maximum within 10-15 kilometer from the address location.

Better to have a 2 wheeler for night shift employees due to the timings.
