Job Location: Serampore, Hooghly District, West Bengal

Position: Assistant & Senior Assistant

Job Role: Picking, Packing, Loading, Unloading

Eligibility Criteria:

Gender: Male Only

Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass

Age Limit: 18 – 35 years

Work Details:

Duty Time: 9 Hours (Including Break)

Shifts: Morning / Day / Afternoon / Night (Rotational)

Week Off: Once a week (Rotational)

Paid Holidays: As per client policy

Salary & Benefits:

In-hand Salary: ₹10,159/-

Night Allowance: ₹120/night (Min. 12 nights/month)

Attendance Bonus: ₹1,200/month (Min. 26 days present)

Meal: One time Lunch/Dinner provided during duty

Total Earning Potential: ₹13,000+ (on 26 working days/month)

Payroll Company: 2Coms Consulting Pvt. Ltd.

PF & ESIC: Provided additionally

Overtime: ₹92/hour (as per requirement)

Pick & Drop: On specified routes

Shoe: Covered shoes mandatory

Smartphone: Required

Accommodation (for outstation):

Room arranged (Rent ₹1200–₹1500/month including electricity & water)

Documents Required:

Aadhaar Card with full DOB

4 Passport Size Photos

Bank Account Details (Savings/Salary)

PAN Card Copy

Interview Process:

Face-to-Face Interview + Document Verification (Mandatory)

Salary Date: 7th to 10th of every month
