Job Description

Job Title: Picker / Packer (Warehouse / Packaging)

Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our team. The role involves picking products from inventory, packing them securely, and preparing orders for dispatch while ensuring accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick products from warehouse shelves as per order list Pack items safely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit Label and prepare packages for shipment Verify product quality and quantity before packing Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area Assist in inventory checks and stock management Follow company safety guidelines and procedures Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team for timely shipments

Requirements: Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass Prior experience in warehouse, packing, or logistics (preferred but not mandatory)

Basic understanding of inventory and order handling Ability to lift and move packages (as required)

Good attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
