Picker / Packer

• Order Fulfillment:

  Review customer orders, identify required items, and locate them within the warehouse. 

• Picking:

  Collect items from shelves, racks, or bins, ensuring the correct quantity and type are gathered for each order. 

• Packing:

  Select appropriate packaging materials (boxes, tape, cushioning) and pack items securely to prevent damage during transit. 

• Labeling:

  Accurately label packages with customer addresses, order numbers, and other relevant shipping information. 

• Quality Control:

  Inspect items for damage or defects before packing and ensure the order is accurate and complete. 

• Efficiency:

  Maintain a fast-paced, organized, and efficient workflow to meet customer order turnaround times. 

• Warehouse Operations:

  Assist with other warehouse duties, such as stocking shelves, loading trucks, or using warehouse management systems.
