Key ResponsibilitiesPicking: Locate and retrieve items from warehouse shelves based on order lists or handheld scanners.Packing: Securely pack products using appropriate materials and attach accurate labels for dispatch.Loading: Safely load and unload goods into vehicles or containers, often using equipment like pallet jacks.Quality Check: Identify and remove any damaged or defective items before they are packed or shipped.Inventory Control: Update stock records and ensure all items are stored in their correct locations.Job RequirementsEducation: Minimum qualification is often Below 10th or 10th Pass.Experience: Suitable for freshers (0–6 months) or those with up to 2 years of warehouse experience.Skills: Attention to detail, physical stamina for standing and lifting, and basic proficiency with mobile apps for order tracking.Documents: Essential documents typically include an Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and Bank Account.
