Job Title: Picker / Packer – Blinkit Dark Store

Location: Delhi,Mumbai,Bangalore,Gurgaon,Hyderabad,Gujarat,Rajasthan,Pune

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (as per requirement)

Job Responsibilities:

Accurately pick items from racks and shelves as per customer orders.

Ensure correct quantity, quality, and product type while picking.

Pack items safely in Blinkit bags/boxes for delivery.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage area.

Scan products using Blinkit’s mobile app/system for inventory tracking.

Coordinate with store supervisors and delivery executives for smooth operations.

Follow company policies on hygiene, safety, and speed of operations.

Shift timings

Shift 1 Timings: 4am 1pm

5am - 2pm

Shift 2 Timing : 1PM - 10PM

2PM - 11PM

Shift 3 Timing: 4PM - 1AM

5PM - 2AM

SHIFT 4 Timing: 9PM - 6AM

10 PM - 7AM

Eligibility / Requirements:

Candidate Screening Criteria:

1. ✅ Passed 12th class pass. Should be able to read and write in English.

2. 🏋 ••Willing to spend 1-2 hrs in loading/unloading

3. 🔄 Open to rotational shifts

4. 🧹 Sanity - Will be responsible to keep his racks clean

5. 🏠 Living within 6 km of store location

6. 🥕 Basic understanding of grocery products

7. 💰 Aware of monthly salary

8. 📄 Carries physical resume copy

9. 👤 Below 35 years of age. Only for Pune and Chennai candidates should be below 30 years.

10. 👔 Properly dressed for interview. No Slippers.

11. Candidates will be eligible for Roster Attendance Bonus if they work on allocated roster

Salary & Benefits:

Payout Structure

Candidates will be paid on the 10th of every month.

Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month (varies by city).

Overtime allowance (if applicable).

Incentives on performance/targets.

Uniform and ID provided by Blinkit.
