Job Title: Picker / Packer – Blinkit Dark StoreLocation: Delhi,Mumbai,Bangalore,Gurgaon,Hyderabad,Gujarat,Rajasthan,Pune Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (as per requirement)Job Responsibilities:Accurately pick items from racks and shelves as per customer orders.Ensure correct quantity, quality, and product type while picking.Pack items safely in Blinkit bags/boxes for delivery.Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage area.Scan products using Blinkit’s mobile app/system for inventory tracking.Coordinate with store supervisors and delivery executives for smooth operations.Follow company policies on hygiene, safety, and speed of operations.Shift timingsShift 1 Timings: 4am 1pm5am - 2pm Shift 2 Timing : 1PM - 10PM2PM - 11PMShift 3 Timing: 4PM - 1AM5PM - 2AMSHIFT 4 Timing: 9PM - 6AM10 PM - 7AMEligibility / Requirements:Candidate Screening Criteria:1. ✅ Passed 12th class pass. Should be able to read and write in English.2. 🏋 **Willing to spend 1-2 hrs in loading/unloading 3. 🔄 Open to rotational shifts 4. 🧹 Sanity - Will be responsible to keep his racks clean5. 🏠 Living within 6 km of store location 6. 🥕 Basic understanding of grocery products 7. 💰 Aware of monthly salary 8. 📄 Carries physical resume copy 9. 👤 Below 35 years of age. Only for Pune and Chennai candidates should be below 30 years. 10. 👔 Properly dressed for interview. No Slippers.11.
