Job Role :
Key Responsibilities

1. Order Picking

Pick items from warehouse as per order slip / scanner system
Ensure correct product, quantity, and quality selection
Follow FIFO (First In First Out) method for stock picking

2. Packing Operations

Pack products safely using appropriate packaging material
Label parcels correctly (barcode, shipping label, etc.)
Ensure no damage during packing and handling

3. Inventory Handling

Assist in stock arrangement and warehouse organization
Report missing, damaged, or incorrect items
Support stock counting and inventory checks

4. Dispatch Support

Hand over packed orders to dispatch team
Ensure orders are ready within timelines
Maintain proper order tracking
