Job Summary
We are hiring for Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto warehouse and dark store operations across multiple locations in India. Selected candidates will handle order picking, packing, inventory management, and daily warehouse functions to ensure fast and seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
Pick customer orders accurately from warehouse shelves/dark store racks.
Pack orders securely and efficiently according to packaging standards.
Scan products and verify item barcodes using handheld devices (HHT/scanners).
Maintain accurate inventory counts and stock records.
Organize and restock products in their designated warehouse locations.
Assist with material loading, unloading, and internal stock movement.
Adhere strictly to warehouse safety guidelines and quality benchmarks.
Meet daily dispatch and operational speed targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Minimum 10th pass.
Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, retail, or e-commerce operations is an added advantage.
Skills: Basic knowledge of operating a smartphone.
Mindset: Ability to stay active and work effectively in a high-speed environment.
Mandatory Requirements
Valid Aadhaar Card.
Smartphone preferred.
Willingness to work in warehouse/store floor operations.
Working Schedule
Working Days: 6 days a week
Shift Duration: 9-hour shifts (rotational shifts may apply)
Weekly Off: As per company policy / operational roster
