📍 Location: West Bengal (Including Kolkata & Other Cities)

### 🕒 Shift Timings:

🔹 Shift 1: 6AM - 3PM

🔹 Shift 2: 3PM - 12AM

🔹 Shift 3: 9PM - 6AM

### 📌 Eligibility & Requirements:

✅ Minimum 12th Pass (Must be able to read & write English)

🏋 Willing to do loading & unloading work (1-2 hours)

🔄 Must work in rotational shifts

🧹 Keep store racks clean

🏠 Must live within 6 km of the store

🥕 Basic knowledge of grocery products

💰 Should be aware of salary details

📄 Bring a physical resume copy for the interview

👤 Age Limit: Below 35 years (Below 30 for Pune)

👔 Dress Code: Must wear neat and tidy clothes (Slippers not allowed)

### 🚨 Candidates will NOT be selected if:

❌ Not willing to do loading/unloading

❌ Want to join after 2-3 days

### 💰 Salary Structure:

📅 Salary will be paid on the 10th of every month

🏢 Salary will be processed through a payroll vendor

🎯 Performance Bonus: Up to ₹3,000 (Confirm with HR)

🌙 Night Allowance: ₹100 per night (Max ₹1,500/month)

📊 Salary for West Bengal:

💵 Net Take Home (NTH): ₹10,798

🎯 Roster Bonus: ₹1,000

📅 Encashable Leave: ₹737
