Job Description: Blinkit Picker/Packer
Job Title: Picker/Packer Company: Blinkit Department: Warehouse / Dark Store Operations Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (as applicable)
Job Responsibilities
Pick products from shelves according to customer orders received through the system.
Check product names, quantities, expiry dates, and quality before packing.
Pack items properly to prevent damage during delivery.
Ensure accurate order picking and packing within the required time.
Scan products using a handheld scanner or mobile application, as required.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of products in the store.
Inform the supervisor about damaged, missing, or out-of-stock products.
Follow store safety, hygiene, and inventory management procedures.
Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure orders are handed over on time.
Required Skills
Basic reading and counting skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic smartphone or scanner handling skills.
Teamwork and time management.
Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical work.
Educational Qualification
Minimum 10th pass is commonly accepted for such roles, depending on the employer's requirements.
