Job Description

We are looking for a Picker / Packer to join our team at at BLINKIT. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹13800 - ₹21000 and opportunities to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

Pack and dispatch orders while keeping stock records up-to-date.
Store goods properly in the warehouse and ensure all items are labeled correctly.
Check the quality of goods before dispatch.
Train workers to handle materials safely, including hazardous items.
Monitor and update inventory regularly.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 4 years of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.मुख्य कार्य (Job Role):एक पिकर का मुख्य काम ग्राहक द्वारा ऐप पर दिए गए ऑनलाइन ऑर्डर को स्टोर के अंदर से जल्दी और सटीकता से चुनना (Pick) और पैकिंग के लिए तैयार करना होता है।1. ऑर्डर पिकिंग (Order Picking): आपको एक हैंडहेल्ड डिवाइस (जैसे स्मार्टफोन/स्कैनर) पर ग्राहक के ऑर्डर की लिस्ट मिलेगी।लिस्ट के अनुसार स्टोर के रैक्स से सही सामान को पहचानना और उठाना।उत्पाद की मात्रा, समाप्ति तिथि (Expiry Date) और गुणवत्ता की जाँच करना।यह काम तेज़ी से और कुशलता से करना ताकि 10 मिनट की डिलीवरी सुनिश्चित हो सके।2. स्कैनिंग और प्रोसेसिंगः उठाए गए सामान को स्कैन करना और ऑर्डर प्रोसेसिंग (Order Processing) पूरी करना।3. पैकिंग (पैकिंग): चुने गए सामान को डिलीवरी के लिए सुरक्षित रूप से पैक करना। (कई जगहों पर पिकर और पैकर का काम एक ही व्यक्ति करता है, जिसे पिकर/पैकर कहते हैं)।4. स्टॉक मैनेजमेंट में सहायता (स्टॉक असिस्टेंस): नए आए सामान को स्टोर में सही जगह पर रखने (पुतावे) और स्टॉक की गिनती (स्टॉक टेकिंग) में मदद करना।5. स्वच्छता बनाए रखनाः वेयरहाउस/स्टोर में काम की जगह को साफ-सुथरा और व्यवस्थित बनाए रखना।आवश्यक योग्यता और कौशल (Required Skills and Qualifications):शैक्षणिक योग्यता: आमतौर पर 10वीं या 12वीं पास।अनुभवः फ्रेशर या 0-6 महीने/1 साल का अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं।दस्तावेजः आधार कार्ड, पैन कार्ड, बैंक खाता (Bank Account), 2-व्हीलर ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस और बाइक (कुछ स्थानों पर डिलीवरी के लिए अनिवार्य)।कौशल (Skills):ऑर्डर पिकिंग और ऑर्डर प्रोसेसिंग का ज्ञान।स्मार्टफोन और स्कैनिंग ऐप का उपयोग करने में सक्षम होना।तेजी से और सटीक काम करने की क्षमता।शारीरिक रूप से चुस्त (Physically fit) होना, क्योंकि इसमें खड़े होकर और घूमकर काम करना होता है।वेतन और अन्य लाभ (Salary and Benefits):मासिक आय: आमतौर पर ₹16,000 से ₹23,000 प्रति माह तक (स्थान, अनुभव और कंपनी की नीति के अनुसार भिन्न हो सकती है)। इसमें फिक्स्ड सैलरी के साथ इंसेंटिव (Incentives) भी शामिल हो सकते हैं, जो पिक की गई आइटम की संख्या पर निर्भर करते हैं।काम के घंटे: फुल-टाइम (8 घंटे) या पार्ट-टाइम (4-6 घंटे) स्लॉट उपलब्ध हो सकते हैं।शिफ्टः डे और नाइट रोटेशनल शिफ्ट हो सकती है।अन्य लाभः कुछ वेयरहाउस पीएफ (PF), मेडिकल इंश्योरेंस, भोजन की सुविधा (सब्सिडाइज्ड) और बस सुविधा (ग्रेटर नोएडा जैसे स्थानों पर) प्रदान कर सकते हैं।
