Job Summary
The Picker & Packer Associate is responsible for picking customer orders from the store, packing products accurately, and ensuring timely order dispatch. The role requires maintaining inventory accuracy, store cleanliness, and delivering excellent operational support.
Roles & Responsibilities
Pick products from store shelves as per customer orders.
Check product quality, quantity, and expiry dates before packing.
Pack items safely to avoid damage during delivery.
Arrange products in designated storage locations.
Assist in inventory counting and stock management.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene inside the store.
Coordinate with delivery partners for timely order dispatch.
Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.
Report damaged or missing products to the supervisor.
Eligibility
Minimum 10th Pass / PUC / Any Qualification.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Basic reading and communication skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Physically fit to stand and move throughout the shift.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 per month
