Picker / Packer – Blinkit (Job Description)

About the Role

The Picker/Packer is responsible for collecting items from warehouse shelves and packing them accurately and safely according to customer orders. The role requires attention to detail, speed, and adherence to operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Pick items from racks based on the order list

Verify product accuracy before packing

Pack items securely to avoid damage

Handle products with care

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace

Follow shift schedules and company instructions

Requirements

Minimum age: 18 years

Physically fit for warehouse work

No prior experience required (training provided)

Willingness to work night shifts if needed

Location: Across India (based on nearby store availability)

Benefits

CTC up to ₹18,000 per month

In-hand salary up to ₹16,300 per month

Night shift allowance: ₹1,500 per month

Provident Fund (PF) included

1 weekly off
