Job Description

🛒 Blinkit – Picker & Packer

Hiring For: Blinkit
Position: Picker & Packer
Location: Banglore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates can apply

💼 Job Responsibilities

  • Pick products from the warehouse/store as per customer orders.

  • Pack products properly and accurately.

  • Check product quantity, quality, and expiry before packing.

  • Arrange and organize products in the designated areas.

  • Scan products using a handheld device/application.

  • Maintain cleanliness and follow warehouse safety procedures.

  • Complete orders within the required time.

👤 Eligibility

  • Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass

  • Freshers are welcome.

  • Candidates should be physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

  • Basic understanding of Malayalam is preferred.

  • Aadhaar Card and required joining documents should be available.

⏰ Working Hours

  • 8–9 hours per day

  • Rotational shifts

  • Weekly 1 day off

💰 Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000+ per month (depending on location, shift and incentives)

  • Attendance/incentive benefits may be available.

  • Overtime may be available as per company policy.
