Job Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately from store shelves according to customer orders.

• Pack products safely and properly to avoid damage.

• Verify product name, quantity, quality and expiry before packing.

• Scan products using the store's handheld device/app.

• Arrange and replenish products on shelves when required.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the dark store.

• Coordinate with the store team for timely order processing.

• Maintain required productivity and accuracy targets.

• Follow all company safety rules and standard operating procedures.

Eligibility

• Qualification: 10th Pass / PUC / Diploma / Graduate

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Age: Minimum 18 years

• Basic reading and communication skills

• Must be physically fit to stand, walk and handle light-to-moderate loads.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends/holidays when required.

• Male & Female candidates may apply, depending on the specific store requirement.

Shift

9-hour rotational shift including break
6 days working + 1 weekly off
