Cafe Partner: 

a) Age : 18 to 33

b) Qualification : 10th + 

c) Skills :  English (Speak & Read) + Hindi Marathi 

d) Salary : Inland 12k to 15k for first 4 months then 1000 increment then after 10 months 2000 increment. (Starting Gross - 18k to 20k for first 4months)

e) Other Benefits : 1800 in EPF, ESI + monthly Incentive. 

f) Work : Cafe order regeneration,  Cafe maintenance - Cleaning of cafe, Cafe stock arrangements,  Food Packing.

g) Shift timing : Weekly rotation shift (7am - 4pm,  10am -7pm, 1pm - 10pm, 4pm- 2pm, 10pm - 7am) 

Other information:  Grooming standard - clean shave and shoes mandatory, Each cafe required 2 female and 4 male. Female - Only day shift 7am to 8pm maximum timings. Salary date month end last day & Over time will paid on double as per the requirement. 

10 days training will be given at the time of  joining & all positions will be under on roll.
