Salary 16219 in Hand + 20000 CTC + Attendance bonus 1000 + Performance Bonus 4000 Upto +Overtime (OT) 140 per hour

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Minimum 10th Pass

Age: 18 to 35 years.

Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible to apply.

Job Responsibilities

A. Picker

Pick products from warehouse shelves according to the customer order list.

Scan all items using a handheld scanner.

Ensure the correct product, quantity, and quality before processing.

Meet daily picking targets while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

B. Packer

Pack picked items safely and securely to prevent damage during transit.

Use appropriate packaging materials such as boxes, polybags, and bubble wrap.

Attach shipping labels accurately to each package.

Perform a final quality check (QC) before dispatch.

C. Scanner

Scan items during inbound and outbound warehouse operations.

Update inventory records accurately in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Identify and report barcode mismatches or scanning errors.

Ensure all items are placed in the correct bin or storage location.
