Job Description

Job Summary:A Picker Packer is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role ensures that products are handled safely, inventory is accurate, and orders are completed efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.Key Responsibilities:Pick and pack customer orders accurately according to pick lists or order sheets.Prepare items for shipment, including labeling, wrapping, and boxing.Inspect products for damage or defects before packing.Maintain organized and clean workstations and storage areas.Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or scanners (if required).Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and general warehouse duties.Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets.
