Job Title: Packing and Loading Executive

Location: Kanpur Road, lucknow

Salary: 12,000-15,000

Time: 10AM-7PM.

Job Summary:

The Packing and Loading Executive is responsible for handling goods efficiently, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, loading, and unloading of items while maintaining safety standards. The role involves coordinating with warehouse staff, transport teams, and ensuring timely dispatch of consignments with minimal damage or error.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack products according to company standards to ensure safe transportation.

• Label and tag packages with relevant details (e.g., product codes, destination, handling instructions).

• Load and unload goods safely from vehicles, trolleys, or storage areas.

• Check the quantity and quality of items before packing and loading.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of packing and loading areas.

• Ensure compliance with safety and handling guidelines.

• Assist in maintaining records of packed and dispatched goods.

• Report any damaged or missing items to the supervisor.

• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and supervisors for smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th/12th pass (or equivalent).

• Basic knowledge of handling goods and packaging material.

• Ability to lift and move heavy packages safely.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Teamwork and time management skills.

• Prior experience in packing/warehousing/logistics is an advantage.

Work Environment:

• Warehouse/Factory/Logistics facility.

• Requires standing for long hours and handling physical tasks.

• May involve working in shifts.
