📦 Picker Packer – Job Description
Position: Picker Packer
Department: Warehouse / Operations
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:
Pick products accurately as per customer orders.
Pack products safely and properly for dispatch.
Scan products using a handheld scanner/system.
Check product quantity, quality, and labels before packing.
Arrange and store products in the assigned locations.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
Follow company SOPs and operational guidelines.
Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team for smooth order processing.
Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and basic understanding of Hindi/English/Local language.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Skills:
Good attention to detail.
Teamwork and discipline.
