Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION – PICKER PACKER

Position: Picker Packer
Department: Operations / Warehouse
Job Location: VASAI EAST

Job Responsibilities

  1. Pick products according to customer orders and system instructions.

  2. Pack products properly to ensure safe and accurate delivery.

  3. Check product quality, quantity, and order accuracy before dispatch.

  4. Ensure that no products are missing or incorrectly packed.

  5. Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the workplace.

  6. Follow operational guidelines and safety procedures.

  7. Coordinate with the team leader and operations team to complete daily targets.

  8. Support inventory management and other warehouse activities as required.

Salary & Benefits

  • In-Hand Salary: ₹16,000 per month

  • CTC: ₹20,950 per month

  • Extra Incentives: Additional earning opportunities based on applicable incentive schemes and performance.

  • Other Benefits: As per company policy.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: 10th pass preferred.

  • Freshers can apply.

  • Ability to work in shifts.

  • Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.

  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
