Job Title: Picker & Packer

Location: Warehouse / Fulfillment Center

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Job Responsibilities:

Pick products from storage shelves as per order list

Pack items carefully and correctly for dispatch

Label packages with shipping details

Check product quality and quantity before packing

Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area

Meet daily picking and packing targets

Assist in loading and unloading goods (if required)

Job Requirements:

Minimum education: 10th pass

Freshers can apply

Physically fit to stand and lift items

Basic understanding of instructions

Willingness to work in shifts

Skills Required:

Attention to detail

Ability to work fast and accurately

Teamwork and discipline

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depends on experience)

Overtime available

PF / ESIC (as per company policy)

Weekly off

Work Timings:

8–9 hours per shift
