Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically fit Packing Executive to join our Flipkart warehouse team. You will be responsible for handling, packaging, and dispatching products efficiently and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Pack products securely and accurately as per Flipkart’s packaging standards.

Label and tag packages correctly with order and shipment details.

Scan and verify items against customer orders before packing.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.

Report any damaged or missing items to the supervisor.

Coordinate with the inventory and dispatch team to ensure timely shipments.

Follow safety and hygiene protocols during handling and packing.

Requirements:

Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.

Prior experience in e-commerce packing or warehouse operations preferred.

Ability to lift and move packages (up to 20 kg).

Basic knowledge of barcode scanners and packaging equipment.

Attention to detail and time management skills.

Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹16,000/month (based on experience and incentives)

Incentives: Attendance bonus, productivity incentive, night shift allowance, etc.

Other Benefits: PF, ESI, Canteen facilities, uniform, and transport (if applicable)
