Role and Responsiblites
Loading and Unloading

• Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery trucks or containers.

• Handle materials safely to prevent damage during movement or stacking.

2. Material Handling

• Move, lift, or carry products to designated storage areas using manual or mechanical equipment.

• Ensure proper placement and organization of goods within the warehouse.

3. Packing and Sorting

• Help in sorting, labeling, and packing goods for dispatch.

• Support pickers and packers in preparing orders.

4. Inventory Support

• Assist in counting stock during inventory checks.

• Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor.

5. Cleanliness and Maintenance

• Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and free of hazards.

• Dispose of packaging materials and waste properly.

6. Equipment and Safety

• Follow all safety rules and wear appropriate protective gear (PPE).

• Operate basic warehouse tools and equipment responsibly (e.g., trolleys, pallet jacks).

7. Team Support

• Work under the supervision of warehouse supervisors or managers.

• Cooperate with other team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
