Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
Handle front desk operations and maintain visitor records
Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings
Receive, sort, and distribute mails and couriers
Maintain office cleanliness and front desk decorum
Coordinate with internal departments when required
Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors
Good communication skills (English & local language)
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Customer-service oriented attitude
