Delivery Duties:

• Deliver packages, documents, or products to assigned locations.

• Verify recipient details and obtain signatures or proof of delivery.

• Ensure safe handling of items during transit.

• Communicate with customers regarding estimated delivery times or delays.

Pickup Duties:

• Collect items (parcels, documents, returns, etc.) from designated locations.

• Verify and match items with pickup instructions or manifests.

• Ensure timely return of collected goods to the warehouse or client.

Operational & Support Tasks:

• Follow predefined delivery/pickup routes or schedules.

• Maintain daily activity logs or delivery records.

• Check vehicle condition regularly and report any issues to the supervisor.

• Ensure cash or document handovers (if applicable) are accurate and acknowledged.
