Picker / Loader

Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking:

  Locating the correct products from warehouse stock based on customer orders. 

• Inspection:

  Checking items for any defects or damage before they are packed. 

• Packing:

  Securely packaging the picked items, using appropriate cushioning materials and sturdy containers to prevent damage during transit. 

• Labeling:

  Applying correct labels with product, order, and shipping information to the packages. 

• Inventory Management:

  Using scanners and computer systems to track items picked and ensure accurate inventory records. 

• Quality Control:

  Ensuring that the right items, colors, and quantities are selected for each order. 

• Warehouse Operations:

  Loading items onto conveyor belts, transporting goods, and keeping the work area clean and organized. 

• Safety Compliance:

  Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents in the warehouse.
