Eligibility Criteria :

1. Education: Passed 10th standard with basic reading and understanding of English.

2. Age: Below 30 years, must be physically fit

3. Location: Must live nearby within 6 km of the store (Else should have own vehicle like cycle, bike etc.)

4. Work Readiness: Minimum have to do 1–2 hours of loading/unloading depending upon store requirements

5. Shift Flexibility: Open to rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Night) Cleanliness: Keeps work area and racks clean Grocery Knowledge: Basic understanding of grocery items

6. Job Awareness: Understands job duties and salary

7. Resume: Must carry a physical resume and at the top of the CV it should be mentioned VAHAN

8. Dress Code: Must be neatly dressed (No slippers)

Not Eligible Candidates :

1. Candidate is looking for part-time work only. (Only Full Time Candidates Required)

2. Candidate wants a specific shift only (Weekly Rotational Shift)

3. Candidate lives more than 6 km from store. (Exception if candidate own vehicle)

4. Candidate is not willing to do loading/unloading

5. Candidate wants join only after 2–3 daysfrom interview (Immediate joiners required)

Shift Timings :

1. Shift 1 4 AM – 1 PM or 5 AM – 2 PM (Both Males & Female)

2. Shift 2 1 PM – 10 PM or 2 PM – 11 PM (Males Only)

3. Shift 3 4 PM – 1 AM or 5 PM – 2 AM (Males Only)

4. Shift 4 9 PM – 6 AM or 10 PM – 7 AM (Males Only)

Please Note Shift timings are not fixed and can change as per Store requirements. Monday to Friday and one day week off, Saturday and Sunday Mandatory. Salary cycle is 1st to 31st of every month is paid on 10th - 12th of next month (Blinkit) Salary cycle is 25th to 25th of every month is paid on 1st – 3 rd th of next month (Swiggy)
