Job Title: Pickle Packer and Loader

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for the final stage of the production or relocation process—ensuring pickle containers are securely packed, accurately labeled, and safely loaded for transport. This role requires high attention to detail to prevent spills and maintain food quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick & Inspect: Select correct pickle products based on order slips and inspect jars/pouches for leaks, cracks, or defective seals before packing.

• Secure Packaging: Use specialized food-grade materials (bubble wrap, shrink wrap, leak-proof liners) to secure containers for domestic or international shipping.

• Labeling & Documentation: Apply accurate shipping labels, weigh packages, and maintain precise logs of inventory and outgoing shipments.

• Loading & Stacking: Safely load packed crates or pallets onto delivery vehicles, ensuring weight is distributed evenly to prevent breakage during transit.

• Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a clean, sanitized workstation in compliance with food safety (HACCP/GMP) and warehouse safety (OSHA) regulations.

  Skills & Qualifications

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts (8–12 hours) and lift heavy crates/pallets up to 20–25 kg unassisted.

  • Attention to Detail: Precision in matching order quantities and spotting minor packaging defects that could cause leaks.

  • Manual Dexterity: Skill in using hand tools, sealing machines, and labeling equipment at a fast pace.

  • Basic Literacy & Math: Ability to read order forms in English or local languages and count inventory accurately.
