Picker / Loader

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick items as per order sheets and prepare them for dispatch.

• Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles safely.

• Verify items with order lists to ensure accuracy.

• Pack, label, and move stock within the warehouse.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the storage and loading areas.

• Assist in stock counting and inventory checks.

• Follow safety guidelines while handling goods and equipment.

• Report damaged or missing items to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (preferred).

• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or similar roles preferred.

• Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy packages.

• Basic knowledge of warehouse processes and safety practices.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with a positive attitude.
