Picker / Loader

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our logistics team as Pickers, Loaders, and Packers. The role involves handling inventory, preparing orders, and ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods within the warehouse. Candidates should be physically fit, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick items as per order sheets or scanning systems with accuracy.

• Pack and label products securely for shipment according to company standards.

• Load and unload goods from trucks, trolleys, and pallets.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

• Ensure goods are handled safely to avoid damage or loss.

• Assist in stock management, including counting and replenishment.

• Follow all safety and quality control guidelines.

• Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / High School (preferred).

• Prior experience in warehouse/logistics roles is an advantage.

• Ability to lift and move packages of varying weights.

• Basic understanding of inventory systems and scanning devices (preferred).

• Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime if required.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
