💼 काम का विवरण (Work Profile):

इस जॉब में आपको Flipkart के warehouse के अंदर काम करना होगा।

• Picking – ऑर्डर के अनुसार सामान को रैक से निकालना।

• Putting (Putaway) – सामान को सही लोकेशन / रैक में रखना।

• Unloading – जो सामान ट्रक से warehouse में आता है उसे उतारना।

💰 Salary:

• ₹15,400 Salary (Incentive सहित)

• ₹120 Night Allowance (Night shift में extra)

• PF + ESIC कंपनी की तरफ से मिलेगा।

⏰ Duty Time:

• 9 घंटे की ड्यूटी + 30 मिनट ब्रेक

• Rotational Shift (यानी हर हफ्ते या कुछ दिनों में shift बदल सकती है)

Shift Timing:

🌅 Morning Shift – 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM

🌇 Day Shift – 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

🌙 Night Shift – 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

➡️ Rotational Shift का मतलब:

कभी Morning, कभी Day और कभी Night shift में काम करना पड़ सकता है।
