⏰ शिफ्ट और ड्यूटी समय –

Rotational Shift: इसका मतलब है कि आपका काम करने का समय हर हफ़्ते बदल सकता है।

कुल ड्यूटी 9 घंटे की होगी, जिसमें 30 मिनट का ब्रेक शामिल है।

तीन तरह की शिफ्ट हो सकती हैं:

1. सुबह (Morning Shift) – 6:00 AM से 3:00 PM

2. दिन / Day Shift – 10:00 AM से 7:00 PM

3. रात / Night Shift – 10:00 PM से 7:00 AM

हर हफ़्ते आपको अलग शिफ्ट में काम करने के लिए बदल दिया जाएगा।

💰 सैलरी डिटेल्स –

₹11,500 बेसिक सैलरी

₹1,000 अटेंडेंस बोनस

₹1,000 परफ़ॉर्मेंस बोनस

₹840 नाइट अलाउंस (7 दिन × ₹120)

👉 कुल सैलरी = ₹14,340 (लगभग)

📑 अन्य सुविधाएँ – PF और ESIC अलग से मिलेंगे

🔞 उम्र सीमा – 18 से 30 वर्ष
