Picker / Loader

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team as Pickers and Loaders. The ideal candidates will be responsible for accurately picking products from inventory, preparing orders for shipment, and loading goods onto delivery trucks while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Picker Duties:

• Accurately pick items based on order slips or scanning devices.

• Verify product codes, quantities, and quality.

• Pack and label orders appropriately for dispatch.

• Replenish stock as required and ensure items are stored in the correct locations.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the picking area.

Loader Duties:

• Load products safely and securely onto delivery trucks.

• Ensure correct placement to prevent damage during transit.

• Check documentation to verify loaded items match orders.

• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).

• Assist with unloading shipments when needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not mandatory).

• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage but not required.

• Ability to read and understand basic instructions and numbers.

• Physically fit and able to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs].

• Comfortable standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
