Job Description

Work with Blinkit and gain hands-on experience in fast-paced store operations, improving your speed, accuracy, and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities

Pick items from shelves as per Blinkit app orders with high accuracy
Pack orders neatly and securely to avoid damage/leakage
Ensure quick turnaround time to meet Blinkit SLAs (speed is critical)
Cross-check items before handover to delivery partners
Maintain proper shelf organization, replenishment, and stock placement within the store
Ensure correct display and handling of products as per store standards
Manage Fruits & Vegetables (F&V) and perishables section:
- Ensure quality check (freshness, damage, expiry) before picking/packing
- Follow FIFO while handling perishable items
- Maintain hygiene and proper storage conditions
Follow all Blinkit operational guidelines and safety protocols
