A Picker and Packer works in warehouses, distribution centers, or retail storage facilities to prepare customer orders for shipping or delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Pick products from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or handheld scanners
Pack items securely into boxes or containers
Label packages correctly for shipping
Check orders for accuracy and damage
Maintain inventory and stock organization
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or scanners
Follow workplace safety and cleanliness standards
Assist with loading and unloading deliveries when needed
