📦 Work Role: ✅ Picking | ✅ Loading | ✅ Unloading | ✅ Stacking | ✅ Audit

⏰ Shifts: Rotational

• 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM

• 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

💰 Salary & Benefits

✅ CTC (PF + ESIC Included): ₹14,741/month

✅ Take Home Salary: ₹11,481/month

✅ Expected Monthly Earnings: ₹12,500 – ₹14,000

➕ Additional Earnings:

✅ Overtime (OT)

✅ Night Allowance: ₹70 per night (10+ nights/month)

✅ Break Shift Incentive:

• 7+ Days: ₹500

• 14+ Days: ₹1,000

• 23+ Days: ₹2,100

✅ Performance Incentive: ₹5,00 – ₹6,000
