Job Description

📢 BigBasket – Hiring Store Associates

🔹 Role: Store Associate

🔸 Job Responsibilities: Picking, Audit, Unloading, Stacking

⏰ Shift Timings

6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

2:30 PM – 11:30 PM

9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

💰 Salary Details

CTC: ₹14,600/-

BASIC: ₹11,418/- + PF + ESIC + OT

Approx Monthly Take-Home: ₹12,500 – ₹13,000

Night Allowance: ₹70 per night (10–13 nights → ₹700–900)

Break Shift Allowance: ₹1,000 (14 days) / ₹2,100 (23 days)

Performance Incentive: On Picking, Stacking & Audit – ₹3,000 to ₹4,000 monthly
