💰 Salary Details

CTC: ₹14,600/-

NTH: ₹11,418/- + PF + ESIC + OT

Approx Monthly Take-Home: ₹12,500 – ₹13,000

Night Allowance: ₹70 per night (10–13 nights → ₹700–900)

Break Shift Allowance: ₹1,000 (13 days) / ₹2,100 (23 days)

Performance Incentive: upto ₹4,000 monthly (On Picking, Stacking & Audit)
